Prince came to Lighthouse Animal Rescue from the Knoxville TN humane society.   He is a precious little Shih Tzu who had really seen some rough times.   He licked my hand and cried as I doctored and tended to the burns on his body.

Someone had poured gas on Prince's back end and set him on fire.   His entire backside was severely burned.   His rump, butt, back legs, and private parts were all just raw meat.

After several weeks of medication and love, he was adopted by a wonderful woman in Georgia.   He is completely healed now but still has scars from the burns.   He is now very spoiled and has a wonderful "forever home."
